Can't log out of Hotmail

I try logging out and this is what it says ...

We couldn't sign you out because your browser is blocking cookies. To sign out, close all of your browser windows.

Can someone tell me what to do in laymens terms ? I have tried shutting the whole laptop down and opening up again but it still doesn't work. I dont have any other 'windows' open.

Press Ctrl F4. Go to Abank & back to Hotmail where you will be asked to log in.
