Why is it that an empty folder that I keep putting in the recycle bin on my PC keeps reappearing on my screen each time that I reboot?

Have you tried emtying the recycle bin before closing down? The recycle bin is only really a holding area.

what is the folder name? some folders are nessesary and if deleted, windows in some cases will put that particular folder back.
