Deleted the SMTP(Out going server number) Now I can't sent emails

I have deleted the SMTP(Out going server number) on my mac at work by mistake now I can't sent emails. How do I find it or can I send emails without it?

I'm in a office with just me and the manager and she will go ballistic if she know's i've messed up my email.

If you are sufficiently Mac-savvy to know how to access settings like this, then you'll know how to fix it...
