dvd result!!

Thanx to all you guys who answered my query re DVD.  Well I phoned the manufacturers in Spain (in Spanish) and they said to ask for a refund - the shop didn't want to - but I politely insisted that it was my money in the first place - and lo and behold they exchanged it for a LG (without scart plug) so once I have bought the scart plug it should hopefully be up and running -
