Can anyone help. My lap top has stopped accessing many of my favourite web sites and comes up with the message oops the link appears to be broken. It includes facebook, my inernet banking and my talktalk account. I can access most other websites so its a mystery to me. My daughter on the same router can access these web sites.

So if I haven't got that Ican what else can I try?
Go to Network and Sharing Center and run a diagnosis on your internet connection if there is a problem Windows 7 will repair it for you.If it shows that the link is broken then delete it and reinstall it again from the web site. I would download and run Malwarebytes to make sure that you haven't picked up an infection.
