What a day!
Woke up in a really good mood this morning, only for it to be one disaster after another.

Stood on an upturned plug
Laptop has a massive virus and is stuck
Fainted in Tesco (more embarrassing than anything)
And...wait for it... Received an email saying I no longer have a job! :((((

Poor you.....I think getting sacked electronicly is a chickens way out of doing things,they could of at least done it face to face,not that the outcome is any different.
Put all the plugs away,get massive amounts of drink of choice,chocolate(helps in every situation I find)favourite films/Tv series DVD and a huge takeaway.

wouldn't have thought it would be legal to sack anyone by email or text message for that matter. The sender would be reliant on you having connection to read your emails for a start.

You'll have to excuse the delays in replying but I'm on my phone and its not that easy. Work has been really quiet for the past couple of months and they've now decided to 'downsize'. Its a case of last one in first one out... Along with three others. Letter is in the post although I think a phonecall would have been nice(. I'm still on my probation contract even though I finished my probation period before Christmas! So I've been given one weeks notice!
