I agree, North and South both have lovely quite relaxed parts.
The Llŷn Peninsula, left of the Snowdon area, is lovely (similar shape to Cornwall but not as busy).

And in the south the Gower and also the Pembrokeshire coast are also lovely.
I believe Pembrokshire was our first National park and is the only true "coast" park.

Right at the tip of the Gower is Worms Head, an amazing piece of rock that sticks out in the sea, but can be walked out to at low tide.

Next to it is Rhossili Beach, an amazing beach, one of the best in the UK, with mountains behind it. Picture (see how small the people are)

Right near the tip of the Gower is the Worms Head Hotel. You get great views of the cliffs and beach from the hotel and can walk to the actual Worms Head in about 10 minutes.
