J16 I believe. All very clearly signposted.
Don't forget to go clockwise

Really confused now as somone said to jeave the M4 at J4b onto the M25 at J16.Also although subscribed don't seem to be getting a mail letting me know I have received a reply.
Thats what Ladybirder said. The Junction on the M4 is J4b (J4a will take you anti clockwise probably) You then enter the M25 at Junction 16.
Sorry bit silly of me, but you do realise that motorways don't "share" junction numbers don't you?

If you do, sorry, not trying to be patronising.

Being a wrinklie, these days I don't understand anything. I had meant to post join M25 at J15. Thanks for the help anyhow.
subscribing dosent get you an email, but on the right hand side at the bottom of the page you will see your subscribed threads
You don`t have any choice. The junction of the M25 is irrelevant. You go on the M4 and it joins the M25 at J4b. There is no J4a. Junction 5 is Slough, J4 is Heathrow and J4b was added between the two when the M25 was built. Keep left and it will probably say something like Watford/The North.

Thanks for all the help am travelling this weekend so if you don't see any more posts will obviously be going round and round the orbital
Where is you destination? it would be easier if you said whee you are heading BJS
What was wrong with 4B ?
Works for me.
There is no 4A. You split left (clockwise/north) or right (anticlockwise/south) on exiting.

I am heading for the Stevenage area. Was going to use the M4 as knew it reasonably well but have been told to use the M3 as I coming from the Portsmouth area. Thanks once again.
M4 >M25>>M11 Simple
Dead easy then. J2 of M3. Keep left. Lots of people realise they`re in the wrong lane at the last minute and cross over. There are big overhead signs for the M25 so you can`t miss it.
