decades ago... nice, smallish city, very pretty in parts... Tivoli Gardens worth a visit ... three days max, I would say, two might well do. Like all Scandinavia, it's expensive.
The little mermaid is one of the most amazing things I have ever seen, well worth going miles out of your way to see it !

(I am being sarcastic)

the little mermaid is, er, little.

Its cheap to get there.
2 nights in a Best Western hotel (so a fair 3 star standard) with return flights in £148.
that's pretty good - even better if meals are included, since food and drink costs money. If it's at this time of year, remember the days will be short and the nights long, and the temperatures quite low.
Wow JD where is that offer please - I looked at going next year and it was going to cost over £500

I used to like Copenhagen but all I remember of it is a karaoke bar we used to go to! The people are nice though.

Question Author
Manchester, Easyjet
OK. If it was LHR, I`d have kept an eye out for any deals.

Yes £300 all in, but still a good deal I say.

We've been there three times in the past eight years. We love it. It's so easy to get around on foot.

We took two different guided bus tours (translations in English & various other languages on headset) and a canal tour. The latter took us as far as the Little Mermaid statue.

There are a number of nice little cafes where tourists can get coffee or snacks. The staff all speak perfect English.

You must spend at least half a day at the Tivoli amusement park. If you don't have the nerve to go on any of the amazing rides, just watch others having fun. That's real entertainment!

Copenhagen is expensive but you'll enjoy every minute of your visit.
