Can Anyone Recommend A Villa With Private Pool In The Canary Islands For A Holiday

I am looking for a villa with private pool for my elderly parent it must be a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and about the same to the beach and not up a hill, anywhere in the Canary Islands, can anyone recommend somewhere?

Had a look at Owners Direct but I wanted to be sure that 5 minutes means 5 minutes, they have stayed at places that they were told were only 5 minutes from shops etc and they have ended up over 30 minutes away and up a hill, so I want to hear from people who had stayed at places that were really 5 minutes from the supermarket and not up a hill.

I can't recommend anywhere but reckon you are only going to find a villa five minutes from beach and supermarket by going to a complex.

I use ownersdirect a lot. The advantage is you can usually find the villa/appt on google satellite view and also switch to street view to have a look before you book.
James villas do come highly recommended but they are also highly priced IMO.
