I want to fly from Stansted to Mallorca in October. The problem is that the earliest flight back is too late for me. If I wait until nearer the time, do more charter flights get listed? Or are the flights that are available now the only ones that will be available?

There will probably be less flights listed. Charter airlines are well known for cancelling flights if they don't fill them.

As Artemis stated there will be less flights as it is towards the end of the tourist season, all the tourist hotels will be closing down and will be put into mothballs until May.

I would say that what flights are available now are very unlikely to change.
