Israel And Tel Aviv
Can anyone advise best part of Tel Aviv to base oneself for a holiday? Would like to hear from previous travellers with advice and tips.

Tel Aviv is probably the least historic place in Israel, but it's a small country and everything's in fairly easy reach. In particular, Jerusalem's only an hour away (I think you have to be there in the morning if you want to visit the Dome of the Rock, which you should if you can).
