Yes. Trains always run on every day of the year except Christmas Day & Boxing Day.

Different operators (or even different routes run by the same operator) will have different arrangements but it's likely to be a Saturday service, a Sunday service or a modified weekday service (typically omitting some very early trains).

Remember though that there might be engineering works taking place on that day, meaning that replacement bus services could be in use.

I can remember when trains and buses ran on Christmas Day. And the postman and the milkman called.

I remember delivering post on Christmas Day. It would have been 1955 I think!

I remember going by tube to Heathrow on December 25 about 1980. Closing public transport down is quite a recent thing.

the last Christmas day tube service ran in 1979. on boxing day this year chiltern will be running trains from London to oxford parkway, and Gatwick express will be running. previously heathrow express ran a replacement bus service on boxing day, but are not bothering this year.
