I've been looking on websites and says it's very quiet . Nothing open . I'm panicking as I don't want to be bored. Think I might have to cancel it :/

Mid May should be OK in Corfu. I have been a couple of times in the first week and things are just starting to open and it is quite quiet.

Moving on though, we always thoroughly research the destination we have in mind, weigh it up and then if we like what we see/hear we book it. Never the other way round.

I'd like some atmosphere hahaha. I'm not one of the ones that party all night and make a fool of myself but I do like to have a dance :D . Be good if I came back home with a good tan too

I don't think it's quite that scenario Captain. I'm sure the OP knows what Kavos is normally like (DM photos) but is aprehensive that it will be a bit quiet in May.
