If I book holiday with Thomson and the flight is with Thomas Cook, Where do I check in Thomson or Thomas Cook?

Your check-in location is related to which plane you'll fly on (so that your bags can find their way to the right one), not to the firm you booked through. So it will be Thomas Cook.

If in doubt, simply look for your flight number on the screens when you arrive at the airport. They'll tell you the number of the check-in desk to go to.
