The wife and I are paying our first visit to Belfast between xmas and new year.some advice would be appreciated on getting from Belfast international airport to the city please.

Well you can get a bus which will drop you off outside the europa hotel I believe. But depending on what day your travelling it may be a reduced service.

Here's the link to the Translink (bus) service timetable from the airport to the Europa bus centre. Go out via the Great Victoria Street exit.
