Any site that ends ".gov.tr" is official (Government, Turkey). This looks like the right one, the home page of the site recommended by professorplum13:

Yes, price is what confused me. There are a couple of websites charging more. I know, I went to Turkey a in 2016 and it was not that much. Now its all done and yes it is $20 per application. Thanks to all of you.
