I had a booking at a Travelodge hotel in early January but suddenly received a message containing an "Invoice" which is a credit for the cost of my booking preceded by a single word of two letters: "Hi".
Has anyone experienced this sort of thing from them before ? I have been unable to reach Travelodge by phone and for the entire week the particular one shows as "Fully booked".
Chris, well done for a very useful link, it never occurred to me to search for their own page as opposed to google similarly. No, it is not listed as open which is of course not surprising.
