Can anyone recommend an Apartment Hotel in Edinburgh city centre to stay in?

What do you mean by 'Apartment Hotel'?

I've stayed in the Premier Lodge in Edinburgh city centre and the rooms were a very good size, extremely clean and overall a very modern place to stay but I'm not sure if that is classed as an apartment hotel.
