That means that these lounges will be full of the loud riff raff instead of it being quiet and civilised.

I must make a note of those airlines.

lots of families like the one featured in the "On The Beach" advert. the kid in that advert looks destined to grow up to be an *** of the highest order.......

What a coincidence, only this morning there were two very noisy young blokes on my bus - until a very brave older guy asked them to stop swearing (every other word began with F, a sure sign of extreme intellecual poverty) and they actually obliged.

Does the bus station have a lounge?

Will they be same very expensive lounges that business travellers and first class passengers use with free food and drink?

Judging by the people I know who use these lounges, I imagine them to be more of a party atmosphere than quiet and civilised. I thought that was the point, a space for people who like to sart thrur holiday before they've left the tarmac, ABC that often involves booze.

My friend who often travels for business uses the airport lounge to work, have a shower and a meal before and after the flights.  Certainly no partying, although there is plenty of food and drink on offer.
