Zagreb airport hotel

Can anyone recommend a decent (not too fancy) hotel near the airport in Zagreb in August? We would land about 19:30 and need somewhere to stay before travelling on the next morning. We will have a hire car.

I always check www.tripadvisor.com before booking any hotel. You should be able to find a good recommended hotel there.

The Hotel International claims to be the closest major hotel to the airport. It costs about �80 per night for two people:

The airport is only 15km from the city centre so, with a hire car, you won't really have to restrict yourselves to staying very close to the airport.
