DUBLIN HOTELS

We are planning to stay at Tara Jurys lodge in Dublin. Does anyone know whether it is a good location for the sights or would we be better staying elsewhere? Thanks!

It depends on whether you want to be right in the centre or not. That particular hotel is around three miles out of the city centre, I think, so you may not want to have to take taxis or buses everywhere. There are some other Jurys hotels which are a little closer to the centre. www.expedia.co.uk is a good site for discounts on hotels.

I stayed at the Aston hotel, thats right on the river front and near the Temple Bar area. It was great, well looked after. Also try the Arlington hotel for some lunch. It's not that dear but the food is magic. Hope you enjoy Dublin.
