who told you that? get real, there isn't a tooth fairy or a father christmas ,either,sorry to spoil your illusion but I don't know ONE woman that can reverse into a tight parking space, unless you are the only one there is, but you have cheered me up on a crappy day thanks rebecca.

Apart from that women drivers are amongst the most competent I know - we dont distract ourselves (previous thread) by picking and investigating the contents of our nose thus taking our eyes off the road - in saying that IF you got your co-ordination right you could ogle the bird walking past and do the other at the same time thus rendering the necessity to take your eyes of the road twice:).

Just an observation Ray and I bet you roll it up and flick it too.Men are so predicatable.

I could turn on a 1p and park between 2 cars with an inch to spare back and front.Only prob is I cant get back out:)Women are also way more confident than men.Save your smacks up - cos I have no doubt there will be more to come in future posts.Well one smack is not much fun for me:)

Have to say my parking has improved since I moved into our little street. However, for parking experts, i can do no better than direct you to Montreal, where all drivers are educated in the art of reverse parking at speed into the world's tiniest spaces. It was an eye-opener watching them.

If women weren't better drivers than men, insurance companies wouldn't offer them cheaper premiums.

Actually quite like the Scots, and as a Southern softie am particularly known for being stubborn. Would also say as someone who works on an I.T.U. we have far more male drivers as patients than women (and please don't come back with the old chestnut it's the women causing the accidents)...
