Anybody ever stayed at a hotel convenient for Disney Paris, but without having to stay at their overpriced on-site places? Which region of Paris is best for connections? Merci!

Disneyland is very conveniently placed on RER line "A", at Marne-la-Vallee-Chessy; also, you can buy a combined RER/Disneyland pass from quite a lot of Meto & RER stations (but not from Marne la Vallee). See http://www.parisvisite.com/en/Carte_CombDisney_presentation.php for the pass, and http://www.ratp.info/informer/anglais/index.php for information on RER/Metro.

with journey time of 35mn from Paris centre, you can pretty much choose your area to stay!

We stayed at Davy Crocketts Ranch which is Disney but a few miles from the site. basicallly the accommodation is timber clad caravans but quite spacious and have BBQ's. WE got an excellent deal when we stayed there and this included breakfast.

The shop on site was pricy, the restaurants reasonable but if you want to self cater may be worth a look at
