Any body recommend a Motel or B&B in Dover where I can stop from 4pm to 6am.to travel on 7am speedferry to Bologne.

If you are prepared for a 5-10 minute drive there's another Premier Travel Inn on the road to Folkestone that is a fiver or so cheaper. It will be on the same web site that In a Pickle has given.
