Botswana. Never seen a McDonalds there (but have never been to the capital city).

Go to Cuba my friend. No coke, mars, or mcdonalds. No one wondering round in Nike lacoste or reebok, just raw fun and adventure. i would recomend it to anyone . French, British and spanish colonial architecture. The most friendliest people ever. And of couse the anti american semitism. Brilliant!!
