do I need a travel visa from the US to Sao Paulo, Brazil, for a 2 week vacation?

Brazil insist on you obtaining a visa 'as a matter of reciprocity'. (i.e. their attitude is that since the USA requires Brazilian visitors to obtain a visa, US citizens must also obtain a visa before being allowed to enter Brazil).
