Hurghada

Has anyone been to Hurghada in January? What was the weather like? What were the day and night time temperatures. Was there much sun. I am desparately trying to find some winter sun warmer than Tenerife North which does not have health risks. Thank you

I've never been myself, but it seems that it isn't especially warm at that particular time of the year. January day-time temperatures average 20C and of a night-time, they dip to around 13C.
