what is the job title called when you travel around the world to different resorts or hotels and write about how good they are for tour operators??

I imagine the title would be Hotel Inspector and a fairly lengthy experience of the travel trade in general is probably required before you could reach the position of inspector.
Try to speak to the Human Resources department of someone like First Choice and ask them what is required to gain the right sort of experience.
