We went at October half term and the weather was fabulous. We had a couple of days when it was too windy to go on the beach, unless you wanted your skin stripping off by the sand. On these days we went to play crazy golf one day (the course is huge and will take you at least half a day to go round) and on the other day we walked into Palma. We took warmer tops (cardigans for me & Mr O and hoodies for the junior O's) but we didn't need them at night. Mind you, we live in the north of England and are used to the cold!
At the bottom of the hill from your hotel if you turn left you hit a noisy part of town..it seemed to be all drunken hen/stag parties and wasn't nice. If you turn right, keeping the beach on your right, there are some nice bars and restaurants.
I hope you have a great time.
