customer services & Ryan Air
Anybody had trouble with the above?
Just rang them up for some information regarding a flight next year. After trying to verify it on there website i found that the guy I spoke to had contradicted what was on the site (he actually seemed unsure himself) I rang back and tried to explain (to the same guy) that he had contradicted what was on there site and he put the phone down on me. I rang back again and got a different operator. I asked to speak to a supervisor and explained why. Result ? she too disconnected me. At no time was I abrupt or abusive, merely wanting to get my facts right in order to fly with them.
Whats going on here and is there a higher authority to complain too?
Waste of time ringing customer services back if all they do is put the phone down on you

Oh my... I almost choked on my tea laughing!
There's a general rule of thumb: if the incentive grants they receive from the host airport are used up, rest assured, they'll stop flying there!
Personally, I'd rather fly a real airline. There are too many nightmare stories...
Good luck
