Luton airport open at night?

Is Luton airport open overnight?
I ask because I will have an early morning flight to catch in december and I will want to spend the night at the airport. Is this possible?

However there was hardly any seating in the terminal until you got up to the departures lounge, people were all sleeping on the floor where-ever they could and there wasn't much open in the way of shops etc. we were only there for about 3 and a bit hours, but that was pretty dire.
The ticket office wasn't open either and didn't open until about 6 am if I remember correctly. I know this doesn't exactly answer your question, but my experience might help you

Hi
I worked at Luton Airport for a few years so I can confirm it is open all night..
There isnt much to do though in the small hours, its extremely quiet and most of the shops dont open til 6am, if your just looking for somewhere to put your head down then you will be fine....There is a holiday Inn right next door if you fancy something more comfortable than a hard chair or the floor though!
