Yes we used them to go to Las Vegas and they are absolutely first class. We printed the vouchers for the shows, excursions and hotel then just exchanged them with no difficulty whatsoever when we got there. I would heartily recommend them.
Hello musicmummy , I have used Expedia before and have been very satisfied with the easy way of planning the journey and all the hotel and sight seeing activities in advance. I got the e-tickets and vouchers printed off well and had no problems. :-) x

I've used Expedia quite a few times and always been very happy with them. Prices are good and service is good too.

In my experience, when checking into the flight, I have not been asked for my e-ticket, only the passports. The check in desk computers have a list of names booked on the flight and use your passport. Not sure if this is always the way (but it has been when booking on EasyJet etc, only passports, no tickets had to be shown).

Another tip - if you plan to 'check-in' online before the flight (as we intend to do when we fly to NY next year) you will need booking refs and e-ticket numbers which aren't automatically given when you book. Expedia will email these to you if you request it.

Have fun in the US!! It's fab!!!
Yes, it's fine. I've used Expedia lots of times. Getting into the US can be a pain, simply because of the waiting, but it's all worth it.
Hi
My family used them when going to USA without problems. The only thing that they found out when they got there was that they would have got an even better deal with the hotel if they had booked directly with the hotel!

The owner advised them to phone the hotel directly next time when booking over expedia to see if they were able to better the price!
I've used Expedia a few times to book hotels (not flights) and having also checked the hotels' own web sites, I've found the Expedia prices to be lower. This probably isn't always the case, but it has been for the times I've used Expedia. And I've had no problems, they've been very efficient. I also wondered if we'd get inferior rooms but we haven't - we got a fantastic hotel room in Sorrento when we went.
Susie - next time try ringing them directly as well as checking the website - you might get it even cheaper again!
