Visa for USA

I have a standard UK passport valid til 2007. Ive been to the states with it a few time without a visa . last time 3yrs ago. Do I now need to get a visa to go again.Or if I get one of the new boimetric passports as soon as they come out would I need a visa for that to. Thank-you

you can enter the US, at least for another 12-18 months, on the Visa Waiver Programme. you just fill in the green form that your airline will provide on the plane. more info here http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_web/visa/niv/vwp.htm the timescales for intrduction of biometric passports have been put back because no countries, including the UK, could meet them
