what a twist,i had a three day baggage delay whilst holidaying in benidorm,i put in a claim on my arrival home ,i supplied the insurance company with every document they needed,even down to the hotels managers signing, and date&time recieving my baggage reciept,i also stated i purchased dental&personal hygiene needs,1 cheap pair flip/flops.cheap tea shirt,pair undies,as my clothes i went in would cover as evening wear whilst waiting for my luggage to arrive,all in all i made a claim for 50 euros on items id bought,now believe this,i got refused my claim as i could not provide reciepts for the few bits i bought therefore my reccomendation should anyone have delayed baggage,buy good stuff up to the daily allowance, get a reciept even for a toothbrush,once again were ripped off.
