I am trying to find out how much a return ticket from York to London would be, they only release details of journeys 4 months in advance. i just need to know approximately so i know whether it would be better to drive or not?

If you book well in advance and are flexible with the times that you travel, then you should be able to get a single ticket each way, for around �10.
