The rate is rotten at the moment, and it is impossible to predict the best time to buy.

Shop around. It's approx 1.23 euros to the � at the moment

not sure,never used euros,the good old post office is as good a place a s any,+ nod fees,as far as i know.

you get a better rate here than uk and better here than mainland spain or balearics .

in uk best place is the cheque cashing shops they will match the best and beat m&s and post office by a euro at least on each hundred pounds.


not a lot of people know that though.

I don�t know how much the one in Piccadilly Circus cost, but I would imagine you could get a small one, from a nearby tourist shop.

At the post office there's a better rate if you have �500 or more worth of euros - that's if you need that amount.
You can always sell it back to the post office when you're done or save them for next time
