Winter gloves?

Can anyone advise myself on good quality thermal gloves for holidaying in a cold climate(-5 degrees minimum)?

Here in the western U.S. with lots of outdoors activites, we rely on Gore-Tex, Thinsulate gloves. These are marketed internationally and are very effective in keeping one hands warm. Look on the tag and you'll see a number... usually 50, 80, 100 or 150... the higher the number the more insulation the glove contains...
Yep, I work outside and always use Thinsulate gloves and hat. They will keep you toastie!
