you dont need a website just list the places you want to see get a local bus check out Dublin Bus for specific routes or Iarnrod Eireann for trains if you fancy a dart to say Howth of Bray.
There is an excellent sightseeing bus run by Dublin public transport that takes you as near as possible to all the sights. I wouldn't buy a pass, as you may be as happy wandering and gawping rather than going in places. If you want to visit Kilmainham Gaol you need to walk through a park from the bus, and it's worth doing.

Hiya, yer its the goal and the Guinness factory i want to visit, but know buying tickets online is cheaper. i was hoping there was a website where you could buy both tickets and save money.

Thanks
HI
I'm just back from Dublin and we did both the gaol and the guinness factory. We bought the ticket for the sightseeing buses for about 15E each. You can hop on/hop off and use the tickets fro 24 hours as much as you want so they are great for getting around, they leave you right to the door of the gaol and the factory.

There are 3 slightly different routes, green, yellow and red buses, although the red and yellow ones can be used on the same ticket, and they all stop at the main attractions if requested

When I was looking into the tickets for the things we wanted to do, we could only buy a pass that entitled us to loads of things, so we just bought the guinness tickets online at a discount price, then paid at the door for the gaol (it was only 6E per head anyway). I don't think it is possible to buy a ticket just for these 2 attractions, or if it is we couldn't find it!

Ok great, i will wait to do this when im there then.

Is there any other attractions you would reccomend? or any great placed to eat?

x
Well we were only there for 2 full days so once we'd done the Guinness Factory (which took most of a morning), the gaol and the zoo in Phoenix Park, the open top bus tour and a bit of shopping, we didn't have a lot of time left!

It is very expensive to eat and drink cos of the exchange rate, we ate in a TGI Fridays on St Stephens Green one night which was nice, and the drink was cheaper there than other places (cocktails 5E and pints 4E, as oppose to 8E and 6E respectively!)

ok great.

Thanks Chazza. Were going for three nights as i thought two may be not enough (especially with our flight tiems which cut both days in half!)

I found a very reasonable hotel in the city Centre which seems to have good reviews. Cant wait to go, just trying to keep quiet as my boyfreind knows nothing about it!
Yeah we stayed 3 nights as well, but arrived on the Thursday night and left on the sunday at midday so really just had 2 full days, Friday and Saturday! Where are you staying? We stayed at the Burlington which was a bit further out but the public transport is excellent!
Just realised I've posted similar answers in another question of yours, didn't realise it was the same person asking both questions!
Sorry!

oh yer we have discussed this in a similar question!!!!

we are staying in the grand Canal Hotel.

We fly out early wednesday and come back afternoon on the Saturday.
try looking on www.tripadvisor.com and www.virtualtourist.com
for places to see
the royal hospital kilmainham is worth a visit and is beside the Gaol as is Dublinia and the viking world which is i the christchurch area. Try eating in the outer regions it is a lot cheaper than in the centre od Dublin. Don't be fooled by traditional Irish restaurants they charge. Try eateries in Rathmines area. Bring woollys we have snow again!!!
