are you looking for suggestions of where to go? i had a great time in Milan last november. Got cheap flights through Ryanair and then booked hotel individually. We wore heavy coats but the weather was bright and sunny!

If it's the very end of Nov you might like to try somewhere that holds Christmas markets ... Salzburg, Lille and Brugge all have lovely ones, but there are others too .... some in Germany I believe ...... Brugge is probably the one I have enjoyed most, plenty to do, lovely city .... very little to do in Saltzburg itself but doe soffer some lovely trips into the mountains by coach which are cheap.
