If you were given £10,000 to blow, what would you spend it on ?

You could buy some Globetrotter luggage, or a wildly expensive handbag, or you could enter the World Series of Poker (in case redhelen comes on this thread).

But ... you have to blow the money.

Anything deemed sensible, like putting it towards the mortgage, or paying off a loan, or paying for non-cosmetic medical treatment ...

... and you don't get the money !

I'd blow it on a motorbike.
I'd buy a one-way ticket on Richard Bransons new space flights.

And give it to my ex wife :)
sorry, but you're getting a sensible answer :P

I can answer in a heartbeat- i'd do this house up so that i can sell it and move down to Cornwall.
Either extensive plastic surgery or a posh safari trip... Basically one with limited camping.

But realisitically I'd be far too sensible.

If you're sensible ... you don't get the money !
Easy one, JJ............Pay for our trip later this year to Disney World in Florida. xxx
( I think I'm gonna need more than £10,000 actually as their for 3 weeks ) OR

go gambling to our local casino with you, JJ.......get some tips from you, and win loads more :0)
there^^^
A 1975 hard-tail Strat (black), a 2010 US Telecaster (blonde), a Fylde cittern, computer upgrade with a damn good zero latency sound-card, a litre of JD and a couple of grams of Columbia's finest :)
I'd spend most of it on wine, loose women and a few big football and horse bets. The rest I'd just waste.

Good answers.
I'd put down the deposit for a 2010 Chevy Camero SS. Then figure out where i'm gonna get the other 30k from
Question Author
Fab answer, bobjugs ...

Putting down a deposit on a car, when you can't pay the balance, is just the sort of reckless expenditure that we are looking for.

=0)
a long holiday in the very hot sun.

without the kids!
Thanks JJ.

I think I may have figured where i'd get the rets of my money from though. You only need one kidney/lung/eye don't you?
Question Author
sara ... that qualifies.

A holiday WITH the children would have been too sensible, and you might have lost the money ... unless you took them somewhere wild !

(Disney would be okay)
new kitchen :)
£30k for an eye? How about an arm - that's 2 bits - £60k?
How about sending the kids away on holiday, whilst you and your patner spend the fortnight sh@gging like teenagers, drinking heavily and behaving like slobs?
*On second thoughts, without the kids sounds like bliss*........

I'll go with sara anywhere she wants to go..... and spend spend spend, baby ( if she'll take me, of course )
Sounds like the usual Friday night @ our huse Bob
