Last Minute Hols

My friend and I are hoping to go on holiday mid sept but can not find anything cheap enough at the moment so hoping to get a late deal however as we are only off work for 10 days we can only fly out the sat, sun or monday - do you need to be really flexible to get a late deal or do you think we should be ok? we dont mind where we go as long as its hot!!
