My friend was a Security Man / First Aider in a shopping mall for the last 3 years of his working life.
He said most of the fainting incidents happened between late October and early February.
The problem was people put on heavy clothes which was OK for outside but did not take anything off in the mall when they were indoors.
They then loaded themselves up with heavy shopping and that is when they became unwell.
