Flooded roads....

Is there anywhere that tells you which roads are flooded. I have been on the environment agency site and the area I am going to is covered in flood warnings. Is there anyway to find out if there is actual flooding?

our local on line newspaper (Northern Echo) has all the road closures and flood alerts so perhaps try your local paper?

Local radio station for the area, rattyratgirl....just give them a call, if you cant get them online to listen in, and ask them if the area is affected.
Really hope it isnt.

I would love to give it a miss but it's a funeral so I can't really. I think I'll try ringing the local pub (there aren't really any shops). Thanks for all your help.
