oh God -raining heavily in NI - no wonder people suffer from so much arthritis and all the bone complaints - we never get the hot sun.

My friend has a very bad back and went to Australia last 3 weeks and she said she couldn't believe how her back eased up so much with the heat.

I gotta get away this year having not been for 5 years now.

Just wanted to get this moan out of the way.

Thick fog here this morning, only just started to clear.

I find the sunshine vastly improves my psoriasis - that's my justification for three weeks in the sun each year, and I'm sticking to it!

My arthritis wont be so bad once the damp weather disappears. I'm looking forward to warmer temperatures as well.

cupid 04 - when will that be no damp weather - Pam St Claire was on Loose Woman last week and had been in Australia - she just said the heat was fantastic for aches and pains because in her estimation - we literally have not good heat for she says 2 years.
