Coffee Shops.

Do any of you use coffee shops regularly? They seem to be cropping up everywhere on our high streets now..

I use my local cafes.
Very friendly, good banter, and reasonably priced food and drink.
That'll do for me!

Don't like coffee and Starbucks make the world's worst tea, so no.

I refuse to use Starbucks because of their tax dodging.

Every time I used a Costa I vow not to go there again.

They have so many staff behind the counter, but it still takes an absolute age to get your drink. Too much faffing around.

In the late 80's, early 90's, I used to frequent the Bar Italia, opposite Ronny Scott's in Soho. There really was nowhere else that you could be at 02.00 !

I visit lots of coffee shops, chains and independents. Some are good and some are bad, in the main you know what you're getting from a costa, which is a good cup of coffee. Some of the independents are dire.
