how do I get my money back from CD jungle?

I ordered 2 cd's from cd jungle back in March, the never arrived, when I e-mailed them they said to give it a few more days, which I did and still no cd's. I e-mailed them again and asked for a refund to which I had no reply, after 4 more e mails and 4 attempts at calling (and leaving polite messages) they e-mailed back saying they'd send them again, but they wanted my address again ( :-s) I mailed them back saying I just wanted a refund, and have not heard anything, I've sent countless e-mails, filled in they're online form, and have left many answer phone messages. and still nothing!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Threaten them with Watchdog etc, by all acoounts that works a treat

in my e-mails and phone calls I siad I'd contact the police / trading standards

and still no joy!

I can tell you that no matter how much you tell a company you are going to Watchdog/trading standards, etc it won't have any effect. They know that those organisations will not take action on the back of one complaint (all be it a justified one). If you don't hear anything from them, contact your card issuer who will treat it as fraud if they make no attempt to contact you in return. You will then (after a while) be able to get a chargeback.

Try claiming it back through your credit card company. Threaten them with this first and if still no reply, then go ahead and do it
