Slow Cooker Chilli
14 Answers
I'm back again!
I have a Coleman's packet mix for the seasoning for it, was only 50p in Tesco! I've noticed that it doesn't say on it that it's ok for slow cookers, like the beef casserole one does, but surely it would be fine wouldn't it, it's just seasoning?
Don't want anything that will go all clumpy though.
Thanks :)

I did have a look at some fresh chillies but got some chilli flakes instead, went a bit wild as they came out faster than I thought they would so it might end up a lot hotter!
Gave me a good excuse to use up the rest of the red wine mini bottle from the bourguinon last week, and some more of the shallots too and I already had chopped tomatoes, tomato puree etc... Put some mushrooms and a pepper in as well.
If it turns out ok I'll be brave and try proper chillies next time!
