Do you have water, gordie...? However, if none of them, book me into your distillery for a very long stay.

I don't wish to pry but I wonder if the lack of utilities is due
... to temporary payment problems.
Do they do that in Scotland.My late Scottish M.I.L. boased that you got every thing handed to you on a plate if you were elderly.

Apart from ,maybe, a croft on an outlying Island off mainland Scotland where else would you not have electricity and gas ?
Perth is well off for gas and electricity.
