is there anyone who can suggest a firm that repairs fountain pens, please?

I have found a couple (can't see the name as it is writ small) but they should fill by lifting a small lever on the outside of the case. this is too stiff to move, as they were not used in latter years that it may have rotted. One of them not used as far as I can see. Are they worth the trouble?

Very good video guide to replacing the ink sac (bladder) here. Note it says the most common cause of not being able to move the refill lever is a hardened ink sac!

It is very likely that the rubber bladder has become hard due to age and that is why the lever will not work. Trying to force it will just crack the bladder.
Oil will rot the rubber even more, do not use oil !
If you can unscrew the barrel of the pen you will be able to see the bladder and see if it has perished . New bladders are available.
